      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle labelled "Hard Surface Sanitizer" with a light orange solution used as a surface sanitizer however staff do not know which chemical was used to make sanitizer solution. No sanitizer chemical bottle on-site.
      • Quats and bleach sanitizer test strips used to test sanitizer - 0 ppm registered.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator brought a Quats sanitizer bottle at the time of inspection. A 200 ppm quats solution was made.
      • Ensure staff are trained on sanitation procedures.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink does not have any single-use paper towels. Staff are using reusable cloth to dry hands.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Do not use re-usable towels for drying hands.
      • Stock sink with paper towels immediately. In the interim, use napkins to dry hand.

      • Observation: Staff think they may have used "floor cleaner" to make a sanitizer solution. Floor cleaner label states to not use this product on food contact surfaces without a potable water rinse.
