- Please provide a replacement ceiling tile to cover the gap (storage pantry room). Comments Routine inspection conducted March 23, 2026: Facility is clean and organized; no signs of pest activity. Regularly serviced by a professional pest control company. Hand sink is well-equipped and unobstructed. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards, monitoring logs are maintained. Surface sanitizer measured at 500 ppm H2O2. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at 72.8 degrees Celsius at plate level. Ice machine is clean; scoop stored outside of ice. All surfaces are smooth and non-porous. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site.
