Staff on site was aware that hand washing station must be not be obstructed for any reason at all times. Paper towel dispenser for all hand washing stations were empty; staff indicated that the wrong sized towels came in. In the process of replacing them. Other paper towel available next to the hand washing station
      • Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all items out of the hand washing sink; hand washing sinks must be cleared of all obstruction, available at all times for hand washing. Staff removed the cutting board immediately at the time of inspection
