      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser by hand washing station did not have any paper towel. Soap dispenser was not functioning properly upon initial inspection.
      • Operator stated tray of single use paper towel was used to dry hands that was located next to garbage can. Operator fixed soap dispenser during inspection such that it was dispensing soap properly.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing stations are always supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use disposable paper towels.
