- Corrective Action(s): Required operator to dissemble them and have them washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to reusing them. They should be cleaned immediately after its use is complete. Staff started to remove them for cleaning at the time of inspection

- **Corrected during inspection** Staff stated chicken was being cut just before inspection and was moved to cooler within 1 hour.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Multiple food items stored in refrigeration units observed uncovered and not protected from contamination.
- 2. Food item noodles stored in a large collander container to promote air circulation was found stored on a baking sheet on ground level covered with another baking sheet. Internal temperature measured below 4 degrees C during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): 1.Lids were affixed onto food items during inspection to prevent from contamination.
- 2. Do not store food items on the ground. Ensure food items are protected from contamination at all times. Food items were transferred to smaller containers with lids during inspection.
