- Pool permit could not be located. Was advised it might have been put up in one of the washrooms but did not check at this time.

- Pool permit could not be located. Please obtain another copy of the pool permit and post in a conspicuous location.
- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- Shower temperatures in both the men's and women's showers measured up to 55C and 50C respectively. Showers temperatures are to be at 35-45C.

Written plans required.Anti-entrapment plan was completed but was not on-site. Should be on-site so can refer to it as to when drain covers need to be changed, etc.
