      • The lot# for the sterile items (needles) used during a service were not being kept with client's records. Please ensure this information is kept with client's records.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Are not recording time of immersion of instruments in the CS20 disinfectant or recording when and result of testing when using longer than 1 day.Test strips on-site were inadequate for testing of the CS20 disinfectant (did not read high enough H2O2 concentration). Obtain testing strips appropriate for the CS20 solution.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The CS20 high level disinfectant was being diluted for use. Is not to be diluted. Corrected during inspection.
