Please ensure that staff are accurately measuring and recording the internal temperature of all food products using a probe thermometer. Ensure that a minimum internal temperature of 74C is met.

      • Two of the hand washing sinks did not have hot water during inspection.- The owner was contacted via phone, and he stated that sinks had drainage issue. The staff turned on the hot water, but sinks were slowly draining. - The hand washing sink must be in good working condition and always fully supplied with hot and cold potable water. Repair the hand washing sinks.
