- 1) The caulking around the handwashing sink at the back and around the 3-comp dishwashing sink had food build up. - Re-do the caulking around the handwashing sink and the three comp dishwashing sinks.2) Ceiling tiles had gaps. - Repair/replace the ceiling tiles.3) Floor tiles near the back door were missing. - Re-install the tiles.
