- Corrective Action(s): Operator willingly discarded the food colouring containers into the trash bin. Do not use or purchase this product from now on. Operator states that they do not use this product anymore. Operator now uses tumeric for yellow colouring and Preema brand red food colouring. Food colouring is permitted under the Health Canada list of permitted food colours.

- Observation: 1. The back kitchen hand sink has been moved under the fumehood without Fraser Health approval. Access to this hand sink is hindered and dangerous for accidents as it is right beside the active stoves under the fumehood.
- 2. The dish washer is broken and has been removed entirely without Fraser Health approval.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. The hand washing sink must be installed back into the location as per the original approved plans. Do not use this hand sink to prevent accident and injuries to staf. In the mean time use the front hand washing station. Correction required in two weeks.
