      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator unclogged dispenser so QUATS is 200 - 400ppm.
      • 2) Ensure QUATS is 200 - 400ppm as to propertly sanitize.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice Scoop stored in the ice.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure ice scooop is stored not in ice and in a food grade container.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice container lined with plastic bag which is not food grade. Ice scoop is suspended in ice. This can lead to contamination of the ice cubes used for drinks.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure ice supply is kept free of contamination by storing ice in food grade containers or good grade plastic. The scoop must be stored in a dedicated container free of contamition and not suspended in the ice.
