- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was unsure how to make a food grade sanitizer solution with bleach. Operator states she has Lysol sanitizing in use. Lysol sanitizing wipes are not intended for food contact surfaces and can only be used for common touch surfaces like door knobs or point of sales terminals.
- A 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution is required for sanitizing during food service for food contact services and equipment.
