Decontamination of any sink that will be used for both handwashing and equipment reprocessing

      • Numbing cream that was not purchased over the counter was seen in the treatment room 1. The cream had lidocaine of >5%. Use of numbing creams that are not generic/ over the counter can cause adverse effects on clients as it is not specific to the client's need and should not be used. Violation corrected onsite.
