      • Mice droppings observed in the cupboard below the front area handwash sink.Pest control reports on site referenced no recent issues so droppings are likely old.Clean up droppings.Continue to monitor for pest activity.

      • The soap dispenser at the handwashing sink in the back kitchen was empty.-Restock the dispenser with soap.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Gap was noted on the kitchen ceiling. The staff indicated that they have notified the landlord.-Replace the ceiling tiles.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The edges of the rice cooker used for brown rice were broken.-Replace the rice cooker.
