Inspection summary
Domino's Pizza #39021 has been inspected 7 times by Interior Health Authority since January 31, 2017. The most recent inspection, on October 28, 2025, found no infractions.
2 of 7 inspections on record found no infractions at all. In the past 12 months there was 1 inspection with 0 infractions recorded. The higher-risk findings here relate to: Handwashing and staff hygiene, Protecting food from contamination and Food temperature control.
Recent inspections have recorded fewer infractions than earlier ones, so the record is improving.
What these findings mean
Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.
Handwashing and staff hygieneHigher risk
Hands are the main way germs like norovirus move from people to food. Inspectors look for stocked, accessible handwashing sinks, staff washing hands when required, hair restraints, and sick employees being kept away from food. Gaps here can spread illness quickly.
Recorded 2 times across 2 separate inspections, most recently on May 6, 2019. For example:
7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
Protecting food from contaminationHigher risk
This covers how food is stored, prepared and displayed: raw meat kept away from ready-to-eat food, food covered and stored off the floor, and nothing dripping or splashing into it. Cross-contamination from raw to cooked food is a direct route for salmonella and E. coli.
Recorded once on September 23, 2024. For example:
5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
Food temperature controlHigher risk
Bacteria multiply fastest between about 4 °C and 60 °C (40 °F to 140 °F). Inspectors check that cold food stays cold, hot food stays hot, cooked food is cooled quickly, and that staff have accurate thermometers. Temperature problems are one of the most common causes of food poisoning, so these are treated as critical findings.
Recorded once on January 31, 2017. For example:
4 - Are proper refrigeration, freezing and thawing procedures followed?
Building, plumbing and upkeepLower risk
Floors, walls and ceilings must be smooth and clean, with working lighting, ventilation, plumbing, hot and cold water, and washrooms. These are rarely an immediate food-safety risk on their own, but persistent problems can lead to pest or sanitation issues.
Recorded 2 times across 2 separate inspections, most recently on September 23, 2024. For example:
6 Are the premises designed and equipped to ensure safe food handling?
Permits, records and postingLower risk
Operating permits, required signage, written procedures and logs. These findings are administrative: the documentation was missing or out of date at the time of inspection.
Recorded once on February 19, 2018. For example:
1 - Does the operator have a valid operating permit or approval to operate?

I got some very dried out food with skimpy toppings. Over 100$ it cost me. Someone called to apologize for my lousy food, offered a coupon to rectify the situation, and I never received that, so won’t be going back. Plenty of other places to buy pizza from anyway.

I got a delivery very late at night and i didnt know if the good guys at dominos would be able to accommodate my needs. little did i know they had an all star team player named Anthony working for their team. Anthony came in like a savior delivering my scrumptious pizza way ahead of the estimated delivery time he also said he made sure it was exactly like i ordered and for that i gave the manager a call and expressed my indearing respect for effort and accountability. This review is dedicated to the pizza slinging legend known as Anthony. Managers know know his worth and will give him an A+ for effort and recognize accordingly.

I ordered a pizza with the any pizza any toppings coupon. I ordered on March 27th with extra cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan Asiago, pepperoni with garlic and herb. And my pizza did not show any meaningful addition of any of the extra cheese toppings. This order was in Kelowna, B.C from the 135 Rutland Rd N location. Update; Lowered score for drivers stating pizzas were turned away due to no answer from callback # and door despite instructions for # and proper delivery location. Just a poor service from this dominos in comparison to others.

Ordered the BOGO for $1 deal and was pleased. The pizzas were delivered hot (still steaming when we opened them) and super fast. Overall, good pizza, but I especially want to shoutout Braydon?/Brayden? our driver. Super polite and professional. A great representation of the Domino’s brand.

I flew into Kelowna late and this location was great. It was my first time ordering from there. The pizza was ready quickly, it was well made and the staff member who helped me was lovely. I definitely recommend this location, thank you!
