    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Many of the tiles in the pool deck area and in the men's and women's changerooms were in poor condition and require cleaning or replacing. There was some debris buildup on the floor drains throughout the facility. Additional cleaning is required in the washrooms. - Please ensure the pool deck is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. All barefoot areas need to be frequently cleaned.

      • 1) The paint on the kiddie pool water feature is chipped.- Repaint and repair the feature, ensure this surface is smooth. 2) There was some dirt and debris in the women's and men's changerooms. - Clean the changerooms, ensure they are maintained in a clean and sanitary measure.

    • 08. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
      • Heater covers (painted red) on the way up the waterslide stairs are in disrepair (rusted and sharp edges). *New covers have been ordered* - Repair or replace the covers so they do not create a risk of physical injury.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1) Some of the tiles around the kiddie pool are cracked and damaged. - Repair or replace as needed, ensure all tiles in the pool area are in good condition. 2) The paint on the kiddie pool water feature is chipped.- Repaint and repair the feature, ensure this surface is smooth. 3) There was some dirt and debris in the women's and men's changerooms. - Clean the changerooms, ensure they are maintained in a clean and sanitary measure.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Safety and supervision plan was not available onsite. - Ensure this plan is created and kept onsite.

    • 08. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Heater cover (painted red) on the way up the waterslide stairs has one portion which is rusted/has sharp edges. - Repair or replace the cover so it does not create a risk of physical injury.2) Caulking around entrances to waterslides is starting to separate from tiles/not fully sealed.- Add or replace caulking where needed.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Anti-entrapment plan is outdated and does not indicate the expiry dates of the new drain covers. - Update anti-entrapment plan and ensure a copy of it is kept onsite.

      • Safety and supervision plan, sanitation plan, and water quality incident plan were not able to be located. - Ensure a copy of these plans is kept onsite in a location that is known to staff.
