      • Sample not processed (October 10, 2023). No access number on the bottle. Can submit a re-sample on Thursday.
    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • Chlorine was high at time of inspection (possibly due to sodium bicarbonate addition). Ensure controller is able to respond to chemical balance and measure all parameters prior to letting the public into the pool. You may need to add sodium bicarbonate in smaller amounts through-out the day or temporarily turn off controllers when there is a chemical addition.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Significant amount of sand was noted in the pool basin following backwash (ensure sand is not as a result of broken laterals). If only noted following backwash it is likely due to water pressure for backwash.2. A couple of flow meters had sand grains in the meter column (including cumulative flow) and significant scale on the top. Ensure these are cleaned so an accurate flow measurement can be read.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • Water leak noted from heat exchange loop. Repair leak.
