      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer detected in two bucket for wiping rags
      • Corrective Action(s): - Check sanitizer concentration with the test strip- ensure enough sanitizer concentration is available ( for quats min 200 ppm)\
