      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • Handwashing sink in the prep kitchen had a large garbage can in front of it. Staff are unable to access the sink to wash their hands as it is blocked. This was mentioned in the last inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Immediately move the garbage so the sink is access for staff to use. Retrain staff so they do not block the handwashing sink with equipment or other items. During the inspection, staff moved the garbage can so the handwashing sink was no longer blocked.

      • Observation:
      • The keg cooler's interior walls, ceiling, and fan covers have accumulated dust and mould on them. This was mentioned in the last inspection.

      • Clean the keg cooler's interior walls, ceiling, and fan covers to remove the dust and mould. Increase the frequency this is being done.

      • Repair/replace the waste pipe so it no longer leaks. Clean up the accumulate water on the floor, and the debris on the waste pipes.

      • Fix the high temperature dishwasher so that the rinse cycle temperature reaches 180F (at the manifold) during each run. Recommended a max/min recording, waterproof thermometer is used daily to ensure the rinse cycle temperature is met.
