      • *Ensure to follow dilution instructions when preparing the sanitizer solutions (ie. 2mL of sanitizer concentrate per 1 Litre of water).
      • *Test strips provided to staff member at time of inspection. Sanitizer solution should be mixed to 200ppm concentration.
