      • Observation:
      • Found dead cockroaches on glueboards throughout the premises. Cockroaches spread disease on their feet when they walk on dirty surfaces and then walk on food and/or food contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Contact your pest control company and have them treat the premises for cockroaches, to eliminate them.

      • Observation:
      • The front, bar hand sink has no running hot water exiting the faucet. Owner explained that the faucet leaks and they turned the hot water source off to that faucet. Staff are unable to wash their hands properly without hot water.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Repair the faucet and tap so hot water exits the faucet and can be turned on/off.
