     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure these areas are cleaned and sanitized. Have staff keep an eye on this area and clean up spills asap. Manager at the time did note that deep cleaning is being completed for this soon. Pressure washing of it.

     • 2. Cheese and cream cheese stored in this cooler. Staff say they have been there for a few days.
     • Corrective Action(s): 1. Fruits has been moved to other working cooler.
     • 2. Cheese has been discarded.

     • Observation: Inner cooler at the fruit prep area ambient measure 10C.
     • Corrective Action(s): Please service cooler to ensure temperature is maintained at 4C and below.
     • Do not store cut veggetable or other potentially hazardous food items (dairy) in this cooler until cooler has been fixed and can maintain 4C and below.
