- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical was stored above the 2 compartment sink, this chemical is an adhesive remover. This poses a chemical hazards contamination risk of the chemical spills. The staff were orderd to immeidately remove this item from this location and move away from possible areas of cross contamination risk.
- Corrected During Inspection (CDI): The operator had immediately removed the item from this location and placed under the sink area with other chemicals. The item is not away from food items and food contact surfaces.
