Update November 5, 2024:The dishwasher is noted between 69.2 degrees Celsius and 66.0 degrees Celsius. The temperature is noted to fluctuate with usage. Please turn up the temperature or repair the dishwasher and ensure the dishwasher temperature at the dish level is at 71 degrees Celsius or above.In the meantime, please:- Use the dishwasher for washing dishes.- Soak the dishes for 2 minutes in a food safe sanitizer or spray the dishes with a food safe sanitizer.- Air dry.Update June 12, 2026: The final rinse temperature of the mechanical dishwasher was noted to be approximately at 68.6 C for various cycles.Ensure dishwasher is repaired to achieve the final rinse temperature of at least 71C. Meanwhile, follow above noted manual procedures.
