      • Raw eggs are stored above butter., creating a potential cross-contamination hazard. Ensure raw eggs are stored on the bottom shelf, below ready-to-eat foods.

      • The dishwasher is not dispensing food safe sanitizer, and the concentration is noted at 0 ppm.Ensure the dishwasher is maintained in good repair, and the bleach food safe sanitizer is at a minimum concentration of 100 ppm.

      • The change table mat is in disrepair in the washroom. Please repair, replace or remove the change mat, and ensure the change mats are kept in good repair and are easily cleanable.
