Please ensure proper weather stripping is in place so that no light is entering.2) Toddler room - the black shelving unit for diapers was observed to be over four feet and was not secured to the wall. Please ensure that all shelving over four feet is secured to prevent tipping.

      • - The replacement of damaged sleeping mats has not yet been carried out by the program. After conversing with the supervisor present at the location, it was mentioned that the program is still awaiting approval.- Please ensure the replacement mats/cots are acquired to promote adequate cleaning and disinfection of sleeping equipment surfaces.
