      • 1) There was a gap with visible light entering under the door to the exterior located near the back of the preschool room. Please ensure proper weather stripping is in place so that no light is entering.2) Toddler room - the black shelving unit for diapers was observed to be over four feet and was not secured to the wall. Please ensure that all shelving over four feet is secured to prevent tipping.
