      • No hot water at main hand wash sink.Valve below had been turned off and had not yet been turned back on.A continuous supply of hot and cold running water must be available at hand wash sinks.

      • *Repeat violation*Tape on bubble tea machine. This material is not cleanable and needs to be removed.

      • The detergent connected to the dishwasher was completely empty.Dishwasher leaked all over the floor during the drain cycle.The dishwasher rinse water only reached 54 degrees Celsius.*Manager indicated there is a service request in for dishwasher to be repaired. Ensure dishes are washed, rinsed and sanitized by the three sink method until dishwasher has been repaired.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Posted Food Handling Permit has expired.Ensure a current / valid permit is posted.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Styrofoam-like material and tape on bubble tea machine. These materials are not cleanable and need to be removed.
