- **Corrected**Wet cleaning cloth was observed on the prep counter in the back kitchen area. - Operator moved the cloth back to the QUATS sanitizer bucket to prevent bacterial growth. **Ensure cleaning cloth remain submerged in sanitizer solution at all times.
