      • 1. The fridge in infant 1 room had a thermometer readings of 12 degrees C. The items were temporarily moved to a different fridge.Photographs were provided by the operator later in the day showing the thermometer reading of 4 degrees C. The operator stated the fridge was accidentally adjusted too high in the morning. The temperature dial was adjusted during the inspection.

      • 1. Temperature logs have not been completed since April 25, 2025. Staff were requested to fill out temperature logs during the inspection.- Please ensure staff keep updated temperature logs.

      • 1. Items like airpods and personal lunch boxes were being stored on the counter adjacent to where food handling was being conducted.- Please ensure personal items are stored away from food preparation area. Staff were requested to move the items.2. A cup of milk was being stored inside the fridge without saran wrap or a lid to protect it from contamination.- Staff put saran wrap on the milk. Please ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times.

      • 1. The chlorine sanitizer was unlabeled.- Staff were requested to label the bottle during inspection. Please ensure all chemical bottles have labels to identify the contents.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • 1. A thermometer is not available to test the interior of the dishwasher.- Please purchase a dishwasher safe thermometer.2. Dishwashing logs have not been completed since April 22, 2025.- Staff were requested to complete the log for today.

      • 1. At the start of the inspection, the designated hand sink was blocked, and staff were filling up a pot for food preparation.- Please ensure the designated hand sink is accessible at all times. Staff were requested to remove the pot during the inspection.
