      • Manual dishwashing procedures were discussed during inspection. Operator stated that they sanitize the dishes for 10 -15 seconds after washing and rinsing. **Ensure dishes are sanitized for a minimum of 2 minutes in food grade sanitizer for effective sanitization.

      • 1. The gap was observed at the bottom of the back door. **Please install a new weather stripping to prevet any potential pest entry.2. No pest control records available onsite. Note: operator was instructed to provide the recent pest control records via email.
