- 1) The handwash sink located on the cookline was not supplying hot water. The inspector was informed that the sink is out of order and will need to be repaired.Please repair the handwash sink to ensure it can supply hot and cold water at all times to effective handwashing.2) The handwash sink located beside the dishwasher and on the cookline were blocked and used to store kitchen equipment.Please ensure handwash sinks are not blocked and accessible for hand hygiene at all times.
