    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Quat sanitizer in the spray bottles were at inadequate concentration. Sanitizer was replaced and tested at the dispenser between 200ppm-400ppm.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • - Self-serve single use creamers under refrigeration were measured at 18C internally using a probe thermometer. Creamer had been there for over 2 hours and was discarded during inspection.Ensure creamers are stored by immersing the inserts in ice bath OR discard and replace creamers after every 2hours.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink in the back prep area was missing paper towel. Paper towel dispenser was refilled during inspection.
