      • The handwashing sink was observed to be missing soap and paper towels at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the handwashing station is stocked appropriately to ensure proper and regular hand hygiene.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The kitchen wall next to the hand sink were observed to have scratches. Backsplashes were noted to be absent for sinks. Caulking between the wall and counters were noted to be inadequate. Please ensure that all surfaces in the food facility are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy-to-clean.
