      • The kitchen hand sink was observed to be missing soap at the time of inspection. A bottle of hand soap was found and placed at the sink. Please ensure that hand sinks are kept stocked to ensure proper and regular hand hygiene.

      • The kitchen service window was noted to be unfinished at the time of inspection. Exposed wood was noted on the food preparation side of the window. Please ensure that all facility surfaces are maintained in a condition that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean.

      • The walls and ceilings in the main food preparation area were noted to be dusty and in need of cleaning. Please ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
