    • 18A - BEGINNING TO RENOVATE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT APPROVAL OF INSPECTOR.
      • Relocate hot dog roller away from chemical storage displays to other side of store. Correct function of bathroom fan.
    • 29(2)(b) - FAILING TO ENSURE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM INCLUDES PROCEDURES TO ENSURE INSECTS, RODENTS,& OTHER PESTS ARE CONTROLLED.
      • Bait stations not to be used in Foodshop. Bait was relocated to service bays during inspection. Advise PCO and ensure no bait in Foodshop. Use only mechanical or physical traps for monitoring in Foodshop.

    • 34 - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE FOOD & FOOD INGREDIENTS ARE STORED IN A MANNER THAT PREVENTS CONTAMINATION OR ADULTERATION.
      • Relocate bulk water storage to suitable area outside of service bay (within permitted area).
