- Many opened bags of food, including flour and rice, were being dispensed from bulk bags that could not be properly closed. These foods must be stored in food-safe containers with lids to prevent contamination.Scoops without handles were being used to dispense food from bins. Obtain scoops with handles and store them upright to prevent the handles from coming into contact with the food.
