      • 0 ppm chlorine detected in the solution that wiping cloths are stored in and the spray bottle containing chlorine sanitizer was so strong that it bleached the inspector's test papers out.- Ensure staff prepare at minimum 100 ppm chlorine solutions.

      • Observed a staff member handle dirty utensils, wipe a counter with gloved hands and then proceed to go back to food handling duties without first changing their gloves.- Review proper single use disposable glove use with all staff.
