Please provide a properly labelled "no rinse" required hard surface sanitizer solution in the kitchen for use on food equipment and counters/food contact surfaces. Please also provide test strips for routine verification of sanitizer concentrations.

- Observation(s): The kitchen dishwasher did not meet minimum temperature requirements on the final rinse cycle after three test runs. It also did not appear that the final rinse cycle engaged; only the wash cycle appeared to work.
