- Observation(s): Overall facility sanitation & maintenance was observed acceptable at the time of inspection. As discussed, please plan on resurfacing or replacing wire shelving observed rusted with flaking paint located within the double door refrigerator in the main front dining area.

- Observation(s): At the time of inspection, Quat sanitizer in bucket with cloths measured 100ppm. Cloths containing organics can decrease sanitizer concentration. Increase sanitizer in bucket to 200ppm. Test with test strips and adjust as necessary.
