- Observation(s): Observed raw ground beef stored in the upper section of the drawer refrigerator located below the main grill line, immediately beside cheese, and other pre-cooked ingredients. Please ensure that raw animal proteins are stored below and/or adequately separated from ready to eat ingredients/food.
- F2.2 Are proper pest control measures in place on the premises?
- Observation(s): Part of the back entry door bottom door sweep/seal was observed broken/missing and may permit the entry of pests (ie. mice). Please replace this door sweep/seal and ensure that all exterior doors are provided with tight fitting seals/sweeps to prevent the entry of rodents/pests.
