      • The automated chemical feeding and monitoring equipment was not operational at the time of the inspection. Staff were manually dosing the pH and Free Available Chlorine (FAC) of the basins daily. Repair the automated chemical feeding and monitoring equipment such that it can independently regulate the swimming pools pH and FAC within the required ranges (pH: 6.8-7.6, FAC: min 1.0ppm) and ensure it is maintained in good working condition hereafter.

      • The observed flow rate on the flow meter was 25 GPM, which is below the minimum required flow rate of 48.13 GPM to achieve the required 4-hour turnover rate.       • All the skimmer basket was not maintained in a clean condition, and not equipped with a floating weir or floating ring. Clean all the skimmer basket and maintain it in a clean condition hereafter. Install floating weirs for all the skimmer to maintain effective surface water removal.
