      • All the skimmer basket was not maintained in a clean condition and not equipped with a floating weir or floating ring. Clean all the skimmer basket and maintain it in a clean condition hereafter. Install floating weirs for all the skimmer to maintain effective surface water removal.

      • The observed flow rate on the meter was 75 GPM flow. This is too high for the sand filter based on the calculated maximum flow rate of 61.38 GPM. Operators need to reduce the flow rate, so the filtration rate does not exceed the applicable maximum. The filtration rate is 15.27 GPM/ft², which is above the 12.5 GPM/ft² maximum.

      • The automated chemical feeding and monitoring equipment was not operational at the time of the inspection. Staff were manually dosing the pH and Free Available Chlorine (FAC) of the basins daily. Repair the automated chemical feeding and monitoring equipment such that it can independently regulate the swimming pools pH and FAC within the required ranges (pH: 6.8-7.6, FAC: min 2.0ppm) and ensure it is maintained in good working condition hereafter.

      • Water sample (26ES-230E00467) collected on Aug 18, 2026, was unsatisfactory. It tested positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Please scrub basin, treat water and resample.

      • The Free Available Chlorine (FAC) was measured at 1.04 ppm. The FAC was adjusted on site during the inspection and was re-measured at 2.09 ppm. Please ensure that the whirlpool FAC is maintained at or above 2.0 ppm at all times.

      • The flow rate was measured at 80 GPM - TOO FAST. The calculated filtration rate was 16.29 GPM/square feet. The filtration rate must not exceed 12.5 GPM/square feet; thus, the flow rate must not exceed 61 GPM. Please maintain the flow rate between 35-61 GPM. The flow rate was adjusted on site and was measured at 50 GPM. The new filtration rate was calculated to be 10.18 GPM/square feet.

      • The clock by the whirlpool area was missing. The clock was replaced during the inspection.
