      • 10PPM chlorine was measured in the final rinse cycle of the bar glasswasher and water appeared to be leaking from below the machine. Ensure that 100PPM chlorine is available in the final rinse cycle and that the machine is free of leaks.**April 20, 2026 - Water leak from the glasswasher was fixed. Iodine sanitizer connected to the glasswasher (test strips available) and concentration was measured at 0 ppm during inspection. Please ensure to get the necessary repairs done.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A mouse hole was noted on the wall below the counter (far end of the bar opposite the 3 compartment sink) in the bar. Please repair the mouse hole.**April 20, 2026 - Mouse house still noted in the wall and was partially covered with steel wool. Please repair.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Floor in front of the 2 door cooler, near the cooking line, was damaged. Please repair the floor. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.**April 20, 2026 - Floor near standing 2-door cooler still damaged. Please repair.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Several coolers in the kitchen were above 4C (10C to 11C). Ensure that all coolers are in good working order and are maintaining 4C or less.**April 20, 2026 - Line coolers in the kitchen measured above 4C (8.2C - 11.6). Please repair.

      • 10PPM chlorine was measured in the final rinse cycle of the bar glasswasher and water appeared to be leaking from below the machine. Ensure that 100PPM chlorine is available in the final rinse cycle and that the machine is free of leaks.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strips (for checking the dishwasher/glasswasher) were unavailable. The quat test strips were expired. Please purchase new test strips. Ensure that test strips are available for each type of sanitizer used onsite.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no hand soap and the hand wash station in the bar. Ensure that all hand wash stations are stocked with soap and single-use paper towels.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1. There was a gap below the side exit door as the weatherstripping was damaged. Please repair the weatherstripping. Ensure that all exit doors are properly sealed to prevent pest entry.2. A mouse hole was noted on the wall below the counter (far end of the bar opposite the 3 compartment sink) in the bar. Please repair the mouse hole.

      • 1. None of the light fixtures in the kitchen were equipped with shatterproof covers.Action Required: Ensure that all light fixtures have shatterproof covers.2. Caulking near the spray sink in the dishwashing area was mouldy and broken. Please repair the caulking.3. Floor in front of the 2 door cooler, near the cooking line, was damaged. Please repair the floor. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.4. Wall behind the glasswasher in the bar was water damaged. The FRP panel was warped. Please repair the wall. Ensure that it is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

      • 1. Several coolers in the kitchen were above 4C (10C to 11C). Ensure that all coolers are in good working order and are maintaining 4C or less.2. There was water on the floor below the ice machine. Water droplets were observed on the outside of one of the pipes. Ensure that the ice machine is in good working order and is free of leaks.3. Grease, grime and or food debris was noted on several pieces of food equipment in the kitchen, including but not limited to, can opener, coolers, cooking equipment and soap/paper towel dispensers. Please clean.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning is still needed in the bar and kitchen areas including but not limited to, walls, floors, ceilings, under equipment and in hard-to-reach areas, as an accumulation of grime and/or dust were observed. Please clean.
