      • Back hand sink obstructed by boxes and clutter.
      • Remove all boxes and clutter away from hand sink. Do not obstruct hand sinks.
    • Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
      • Mouse droppings observed in the following areas: 1. On floor beside pizza prep table. 2. In the corner located near the meat cutter (dead mouse also found on glue trap located in this corner).
      • Operator indicated that they do not have pest control company hired. Discard glue trap with dead mouse and replace trap. Remove rodent droppings, clean and sanitize impacted area. Hire pest control company to identify entry and harbourage sites. Send pest control report to EHO via email.
    • Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
      • Deep cleaning and decluttering required. Pay attention to build up of food debris and grease on doors and handles of coolers and freezers, inside walk in cooler, along walls and underneath equipment.
      • Complete a thorough deep cleaning of the facility to remove build up of food debris and grease. Reorganize facility. Remove all items not required for operation.
