- Corrective Action(s): All hand sinks must be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels to allow for proper hand washing. Staff are using the hand sink in the back area of the department in the meantime.

- 2) Clean and sanitize insides and seals of all coolers at least once a week.

- Observation: Noted two pairs of scissors in the area with food debris; staff was not sure whether they were being used or not. Stand-up cooler was cluttered and needed cleanig as spills and debris build-up was noted.
