- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees were seen wearing gloves and not washing their hands adequately. There is grease and sticky residue on door handles and other equipment being used during cooking.
- Corrective Action(s): Gloves are NOT a replacement for hand washing. You must still wash hands at the same frequency as if you were not using gloves. Do not re-use the same gloves, put on new ones after washing hands. Do NOT wash your hands with gloves on.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the rice in the take out containers stored inside the warming cabinet were not hot enough (135F/57C). Temperature should be 140F/60C or higher to be safe.
- Corrective Action(s): Rice containers have been moved to the rice cooker for reheating. Obtain a probe thermometer and check food temperatures daily. Hot items must be 140F/60C or hotter to be safe.
