      • Inserts, bowls, scoops, etc. are not being sanitized as part of the dishwashing procedure.Staff member on site was not aware of the requirement for the sanitizing step.Ensure all dishes are washed in the first sink, rinsed in the second sink and sanitized in the third sink.
