- Mice droppings observed in the back storage area. Operator states that mice droppings were found in plush toy area, and in storage area. All infected items have been discarded by the facility, and a pest control operator has set traps out. Areas affected have been clean and sanitized. Please continue to monitor the facility and send PHI monthly pest control reports.
