      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat bandsaw observed to have built-up of raw meat debris in top guard and blade. Manager informed it is cleaned once a day.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean aformentioned area. Disassemble bandsaw, clean and sanitize euqipment. Bandsaw must be cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours of continuous use.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed soups, butter saucse being received from their warehouse location at 7930 130 St. that was not initially approved to be produced.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard aformentioned items. REceive approval from district inspector in warehouse location to be approved to prepare and distribute. Discontinue receiving all unapproved soups, marinade, etc. until approval is granted from district inspector in warehouse location.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station located in the front cash area did not have soap at the time of inspection. The staff immediately corrected the violation and filled the dispenser.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash sinks are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator must enroll one of the staff present today to FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Provide a copy of the certificate to the district Health Inspector within 1 month.
      • It is the operator's responsibility to ensure that when he/ she is not present in the facility, at least one other person onsite must always have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent at all time.

Make sure you have a dedicated sanitizer spray bottle that is properly name labeled and always have available to use on equipment and cutting board when required.

      • Manager corrected issue by preparing the sanitizer solution. 200 ppm QUAT detected from the sanitizer solution and sanitize basin of the 3-compartment sink.
      • Please ensure to always have sanitizer solution readily available whenever food is being processed.

      • The facility has been approved based on the number of handwash stations depicted on the floor plan. Therefore, all handwash stations must be accessible for food handlers to use whenever required to perform proper handwashing. Ensure all handwash stations are accessible at all time.
