      • The toddler room diaper table did not have a belt, the one half was missing.Diapering only on the floor until such time as the belt system is repaired/replaced

    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Surfaces such as walls, doors, trim, receptable covers, floor edges, between appliances etc throughout the facility were visibly dirty/unkeptRoom by room and common areas need a deep cleaning from top to bottom with warm soapy water. Once complete regular maintenance required to ensure a clean and well-kept environment.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • Baby Room cribs:Loose bedding, blankets hanging between cribs( used to shield one child from the other). There was also one crib with a pillow, loose fabric and rolled blankets set up as an infant barrier for sleep. No infants in the bed at the time.
